Orders & Made-to-Order Items
All of our garments are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including size, measurements, and product selection) are correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information submitted at checkout.

Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days before dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Pricing & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products being made to order and tailored, we operate a strict no refund policy.

Alterations & Adjustments
We take great care to ensure all garments are made to a high standard. However, if adjustments are required for fit, customers must contact us with images of the garment.
Alterations may be offered at our discretion and may incur an additional cost depending on the changes required.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe via WhatsApp (07727 257142) or email info@dressupleeds.com, including images and your order details.
We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Custom Orders
Any customisations or design changes requested by the customer must be clearly agreed upon before production begins.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible. Additional modifications may incur extra charges.
Appointments & In-Person Services
Appointments are recommended for fittings and consultations. Please visit our appointment page to book.
We reserve the right to manage and reschedule appointments where necessary.
